Here is a tribute one of my favorite columnists wrote back in 2003, 2 years after 9/11.  Peace and honor to the fallen and their families, and to the heroes revealed that day.

I’m not sure I ever heard of the Mother Nature Network before.  They have a post up on the 10 Best Places in the US to Survive the Apocalypse.  I probably wouldn’t want to actually be at any of them, but they do provide some interesting history.  They had another post a couple months back.  It doesn’t really add anything to the conversation that hasn’t been said a gazillion times, but some of the comments show the angst among many people.
