The Food Storage Blog

As we prepare to roll out our first posts the last week of April, I’m asking for any pre-visitor’s help.  The site should basically be complete.  Comments should post immediately, the RSS feed is working, the Store button links to the Advice and Beans Amazon Store.  The Recommendations areas are currently blank, but functional (and will be filled as we review various books or pieces of gear.)

If you notice anything not working, please post a comment to this thread or drop me a line at admin@adviceandbeans.com.  Also, if you have any suggestions for additional blogroll entries please let me know and I may include them.  (The site is going to be focused on Basic Preparedness, not hard-core survivalism, so please suggest appropriate links!)  I appreciate everyone’s help!

We’re working hard to prepare for the official launch of Advice and Beans toward the end of the month. However, this is some of the stuff we are working on as well; we’re getting ready to can over 2000 pounds of food this weekend!

I estimate my first post and the remainder of the site to go live by April 30, 2010.
